Lynn Schafer is the best. She booked our cruise...a Jr. Suite. She knew we needed the extra room, because my husband has a scooter, and there were no accessible rooms available. Then after the final payment was due, she knew to check to see if any accessible rooms opened up, and there was one available! She quickly changed our room to the accessible room, which work perfectly for my husband and I, since he has a prosthetic leg. It was his first cruise, and he absolutely loved it (after being very hesitant prior to the cruise...used to say he would never go on a cruise). Now, he wants to go on one cruise each year, and we will be calling Lynn to book!! Thanks Lynn! We appreciate your expertise!! - Becky and Butch

Our Travel agent, Lou Ann Schafer, went above and beyond what we expected. She helped us plan an anniversary trip to Scotland and everything went very smoothly and according to plan. It was a great trip and a wonderful experience. Got to see, visit, and witness more of Italy than I ever imagined. I loved beginning the trip with the golf cart ride throughout the city of Rome. It was a great way to start the trip after being on a plane for many hours, and adjusting to the timezone. All the different food tastings were delicious, fun, and wonderful. Several of the restaurants even gave us some of their special recipes. Everything was a delight. I just finished another wonderful and trouble free vacation with the help of my experienced travel agent Lynn Schaffer at Day Dreamer Traveler! This time I went to England for a variety of tours including the beautiful Dales. We just returned from a 7 day W Caribbean cruise with family! The cruise ship (Harmony of the Sea) was amazing! The food outstanding! And great entertainment. We had a wonderful time on our first Royal Caribbean trip. There was plenty to do on board. We enjoyed the ice skating, show, the comedy show, karaoke night and so much more. From day one till the end of our cruise there was plenty to do. The service from all the people working on board was fabulous. The were very attentive and courteous and went above and beyond to serve us. It was nice just to sit back and relax. We both loved the trip. We saw all the museums in Amsterdam we wanted to see and enjoyed the canal cruise. The British Isles cruise was great, best cruise we have done, so far. Went on some great Excursions, they were expensive, but did a lot at every port. Wanted to make the most of each port. Long hours in port helped. Views from the ship were great. Food good.
Entertainment pretty good, not as good as on the bigger ships. Loved the track for walking on Jewel of the Seas. We had a great time. Thank you for setting it all up, Lynn. We both loved the trip. What can I say about our Alaska Cruise?!? It was absolutely incredibly breathtakingly beautiful vastness. There are no words or photos that can do Alaska justice. It is a MUST see for anyone. Lynn was awesome with planning and communication. She provided us with a vacation of a lifetime, MORE than we could have asked for. Lynn Schafer has booked several vacations for our family and continues to do exceptional work. The most recent vacation was just for "the parents," and Lynn listened to our wish list and recommended a fabulous resort in the Mexican Riviera near Cancun. We had daily breakfast on our patio overlooking the ocean and staff checked on us bringing extra orange juice and coffee. We relaxed in Bali beds, swam in resort pools, ate fantastic four-course meals and finished each night with live music and dancing. Upon our return, we sent Lynn an email to book our next getaway. I cannot recommend Cruise Planners and Lynn Schafer enough!!! During this rather frustrating time of Covid-19 cancellations; we have had 5 cruises cancelled; one after the other. One would cancel only for us to rebook and it be cancelled again and again. I would not have been able to keep my sanity with all of the refunds, credit transfers and unanswered questions if it had not been for the hours of assistance I received from Lynn. She went above and beyond for us, so many times. I don't know who was more excited that I was finally able to cruise once again last week, me or Lynn!!! I sent her pictures throughout my trip and called her as soon as I returned home to thank her for making this happen for me and my family. I have 4 more cruises booked this year and next. Lynn is our go to travel advisor!!!! I cannot recommend Cruise Planners and Lynn Schafer enough!!!
